KYC and Identity Verification
ku95 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing a withdrawal or at any other time. KYC may require submission of a copy of your national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ku95 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your ku95 login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password, or account details with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account, whether by you or any other person who gains access using your credentials, is your sole responsibility. Account Closure by ku95
ku95 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) ku95 has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity; (c) the player is found to be under 21 years of age; or (d) a self-exclusion request is received from the player. In the event of closure for breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
To close your ku95 account voluntarily, contact support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC if not already completed. Account closure does not affect any legal rights and obligations that arose prior to closure.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals

4. Bonuses and Promotions
ku95 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and to any additional terms displayed at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a ku95 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered and is displayed in the account dashboard. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be converted to withdrawable cash. 5. Betting and Gaming Rules
By placing a bet or participating in any game on ku95, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. ku95 does not guarantee any winnings. The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live game mechanics operated by the platform's certified game providers.
Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
All bets are subject to acceptance by ku95. ku95 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet, in whole or in part, at its discretion. Technical Faults and Interrupted Games

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Amendments to These Terms
